     Nick's tattoo was featured in the May '02 issue of "Incredibly Strange Tattoos".  He had it done in November 2001 and  it is on the back of his left calf. 

ALEX (THE BUTTERMAN) WHEILL - Quebec, Canada

     Butterman's tattoo is a direct translation of "The Thing" into Cantonese. He had it inked in August of 2001. Here's Alex's thoughts on his THE THING tattoo and a couple of pictures. 

     "THE THING has made such an impact on my life that no amount of collecting would do it justice, since after I die, the collectibles just become other people's property. Having a tattoo means that I am willing to make a life-long commitment to wearing it proudly, and when I die, THE THING will still be with me...!!"
