AUTHOR'S NOTE: As you can guess by the title, I am a great fan of all things BATMAN and THE THING. Years ago, I had an idea for a BATMAN/THE THING comic book crossover and I tried to sell the story to DC COMICS and DARK HORSE comics. Alas, DARK HORSE COMICS no longer owned the rights to THE THING. Instead of letting the story waste away, I present it here for your enjoyment. I hope you have as much fun reading it as much as I had writing it. Thank you.
