Friday, Aug. 6th: 
-TF4 Pre-Party! Open to all fans!! Meet the Outpost #31 staff and THING-FEST Event Coordinators. Join Todd, Talon, The Butterman, Stefan, Blair, Findlay, Lenny and the rest of the entourage out for an evening of fun!! (19+ event) Party kicks off at Todd & Talon's place @ 7pm! E-mail for directions and info! 

Saturday, Aug. 7th: 

2:00PM:  
-Pre-show gathering of Outpost #31 staff, event coordinators, and fellow fans in Western Film's atrium lobby. Chance to meet Special Guests!!
-View original screen-used props, including a section of the rotor blade from the Norwegian helicopter, and miniature oil barrel props!!

PRIZES!  
Raffled off prior to the screening!

-Original authentic wood remnant of the Outpost #31 camp!! 
-Original metal fragment of Norwegian helicopter!!
-Mint Japanese Movie Program!! 
-Lobby Card 8 X 10 in color!!

-Big screen showing of John Carpenter's "The Thing"!! One 4pm matinee showing only, 375 seats available!!

-After-Party at Todd & Talon's pad for pizza and drinks, then out to a local club!

Sunday, Aug. 8th:
-Buffet brunch at The Four Seasons!!
-Shopping/touring London, Ontario. Sad good-bye's until next year!!
