The following storyboards show a scene that was roughed out but never filmed due to lack of time. It depicts the re-appearance of Nauls the cook after he disappears from Mac's sight. Nauls erupts through the flooring right before the Blair Monster does. He is caught in the process of being assimilated by Blair-Thing and calls out for help before finally succumbing.
